The project manager has the ability to transfer Working table data to a Master table; if he did not personally validate the data, he will probably review any hand-written notes and the tracking information to satisfy himself that the data are of sufficient quality to qualify for a Master table. He must also carefully consider which Master table he wants to put the data in. WRDB warns you if you are about to transfer a batch of data to a Master table for a second time.
