WRDB Graph utilizes the open source graphing control called ZedGraph (www.zedgraph.org). Only a subset of the ZedGraph's numerous properties are exposed by WRDB Graph. This help topic will review these properties and how to use the control.
To zoom into a portion of your graph, just click and drag within the graph area. Alternatively, roll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
By default, you can only zoom the X axis, however this and other properties can be configured using the Graph tab of the Graph Options form:
Look at all categories in the above form (help text is provided at the bottom of the grid) to learn about other general graph features.
You can pan around the graph by either pressing and holding the mouse wheel button, or using the scroll bars if you have made them visible. Depending on the type of graph, you can also use various menu items to set the time or river mile range. When you are within 10% of the X or Y axis, panning is constrained to be horizontal or vertical if horizontal/vertical zoom and pan is set to "Auto" (see Graph Options).
You can zoom previous or extents using the View menu or by right-clicking to use the context menu; you are also given a shortcut to set the zooming mode (horizontal, vertical, both, or auto):
You can have up to 5 each on the left and right y axes, each with their own label and scale. Graph automatically assigns new series to existing axes (if they have the same PCode) or new axes. Format the axes using the Graph Options form:
Individual graph series are formatted using the grid in the Manage Data Series form:
Click in the grid cells to change the color, line style, or point marker style from the default values that are assigned by the Graph program.
